Terms
Last updated: 8 November 2026
These terms cover the Rostercrest website and waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. Full terms for the platform and paid plans will be published before launch.
1. About us
Rostercrest is run by Aiden Vizer, trading as Rostercrest, in the United Kingdom. Contact: contact@rostercrest.com.
2. Who can use Rostercrest
You must be 13 or over to join the waitlist or use Rostercrest. Players aged 13–17 will use a separate lobby that only other 13–17s can see.
3. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't create an account.
- We'll email you about the launch. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- We can't promise a launch date or that every feature described on this site will be available at launch.
- Early waitlist members will be offered one free month of Premium when it launches. The offer is one per person, has no cash value and can't be transferred.
4. Rules for using Rostercrest
When the platform opens, you agree not to:
- give false information, including about your age;
- harass, threaten or bully anyone, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content;
- ask other players for personal details such as phone numbers, addresses, school names or social media accounts;
- offer or arrange boosting, account selling or sharing, cheating, betting or gambling;
- pretend to be someone else, including a scout or an organisation;
- try to get round our safety features, age checks or message filters.
We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break these rules or put other players at risk.
5. Scouts and organisations
- Every scout must pass an ID check and be linked to an organisation we have verified.
- Scouts may only contact players who have switched on "Visible to scouts", and only through Rostercrest.
- When a scout messages a player aged 13–17, the player's parent or guardian receives a copy. Trials, calls and any contact outside Rostercrest with a 13–17 player need that parent or guardian's approval first.
- Scouts must never ask a player for personal contact details, offer payment or gifts to a player under 18, or try to move a conversation off Rostercrest without approval.
- Breaking these rules means losing scout access straight away, and we may report serious concerns to the police or child protection services.
6. Riot Games and other game publishers
Rostercrest isn't endorsed by Riot Games or any other game publisher. Game data comes from official sources, such as Riot's developer API, and is used under their developer policies. Your use of each game is still governed by that publisher's own terms.
7. Paid plans
We aren't taking payments yet. Before we do, we'll publish full subscription terms covering prices, renewals, cancellation and refunds. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
8. Our responsibility to you
We provide the website as it is and do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free. We aren't responsible for what players say or do outside Rostercrest. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll show the date at the top and email waitlist members about significant changes.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
